Hi I'm Sandra 👋

I’m a pilates instructor and personal trainer based in Broadstairs, Kent.

My goal is to offer a safe and accessible place that allows you to do something physically and mentally good for yourself.

For over 10 years, class participants have been incredibly complementary and receptive to my style of teaching and have been positively impacted in different ways.

I like to provide different levels that allow this practice to be as accessible or as challenging as you like. I break exercises down so you’re not just performing movements, but actually activating and strengthening your body.

No matter your fitness level, you will complete every session feeling stronger physically and mentally.
