Who are these classes suitable for?
Classes are created to support mums wanting to return to movement safely- rebuild strength in their body following pregnancy and birth. These classes allow you to dedicate time for yourself while still being able to engage with your little one as well as meet other mums in a friendly space. Pilates exercises are safe and suitable for your body at least six weeks after birth. However each case is different so please check with your midwife or doctor after your check-up especially if you have had a c-section.
