I have wanted to try Pilates for some time and when I saw Sandra’s classes advertised I thought I’d give it a go and I wasn’t disappointed. Sandra gives good clear instructions and levels for each exercise and even though I’ve only practiced in class I have seen improvement in my strength and flexibility already and my sleep after class is so much better. The venue is a great space too which adds to the overall feeling of well being.

I have recently started Sandra's Pilates Class and I am thoroughly enjoying it. It has been a while since I have done any exercise / exercise classes, so was worried about going on my own but Sandra makes you feel welcome and relaxed. She explains everything clearly, focuses on breathing and makes sure all abilities feel comfortable. The time and location of the class is perfect and I look forward to my Wednesday Pilates class!
