Who are these classes suitable for?
Pilates classes are designed so that all levels can participate. Whether you’re new to pilates or experienced, you’ll benefit from these sessions. Modifications are provided throughout the session so you can work within your limits or challenge yourself.
Foundation Pilates
This class is best suited for Beginners. It is also ideal for those who prefer to work at a slower pace or those who are returning back to exercise.
